    It's too bad you can't give less than one star.
    My trucking company hauled two generators from Norwich, ON out to Nisku, AB for BK Machinery back on March 7. They had to arrive at the plant no later than March 10, otherwise their customer would have needed to cease production for the weekend.
    Well, as promised we delivered Friday afternoon on March 10, and the Nisku-based customer was beyond grateful.
    Now it's July 12th, we haven't seen payment and the owner won't answer the company phone, e-mail or his personal cell phone.
    After 3 months and no answers, we e-mailed BK threatening to put this account into collections, but would rather give them the option to square up before doing so and go our separate ways. Still nothing.
    It's now 4+ months and we've left it in the hands of a collection agency, so no matter what the outcome, we're losing money for a job well done and the owner has fallen off the map.
    Just keep this in mind if you ever cross paths.
